Welcome to the Lambach Family Home Page!

Thank you for your interest in our ministry and our family. Paul and Elaine Lambach have been career missionaries with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention since their appointment in November of 1997. We arrived in Brazil the following April and have served in Belém, Pará, since January of 2002. Paul presently serves in these principal capacities: theology professor, Director of the Department of Missions and Seminary Chaplain at the Equatorial Baptist Theological Seminary (EBTS, www.stbe.org.br), and mobilization of Brazilian theological students for missions. Serving at the seminary, Paul focuses on mobilization through training and practical experiences. Elaine serves through our home and church.

Belém is the capital of the state of Pará in the Amazonian Basin about 100 miles south of the Equator. Metropolitan Belém (Belém, Ananindeua, Marituba and Benfica) has a population of over two million.
